Tiny Tim

(This traditional classic is updated with new lyrics to complete the story.)

I have a little turtle
His name is Tiny Tim
I put him in the bathtub
And taught him how to swim
He drank up all the water
He ate up all the soap
And when he tried to talk
There was a brr brr in his throat

Tiny Tim kept talking
And bubbles filled the air
High and low, from head to toe
Bubbles everywhere
I said, “Stop blowing bubbles
Please, dear Tiny Tim”
But with that brr brr in his throat
There was no stopping him

So Mama called the doctor
The doctor called the nurse
The nurse called the lady
With the alligator purse
It was the biggest bubble bath
That anyone had seen
And when our tub time ended
We all were very clean
