There are a couple concerts coming up in the near future that I would like to tell you about. The first one will be at a new venue for me. The good people at Busy Kidz in Folsom have invited me to come out and sing some songs on Saturday, March 29, from 10:15 – 11:00 am. Busy Kidz is an indoor play place that sounds really fun. I wish I had this sort of thing when I was a kid. It’s $5 per child for the concert and a special low rate of $5 per child if you want to stay and party after the show. I really hope to see some familiar faces for this one. So, pack up the kids and make the drive to Folsom (30 minutes from Belle Cooledge Library). A 45 minute concert will give me lots of time to sing all kinds of songs. There’s only one way to find out how much fun it will be. For more info, click here or the above (bold) links. I’ll see you there.
The next concert is always one of my favorites. I’ve been asked to return for another Land Park Spring Egg Hunt & Hat Parade. The festivities start at 9:30 am and last until 11:00 am or until all the eggs are found. I’ll be picking’ and grinnin’ the whole time. I bring my PA system so I’m able to play songs I normally can’t do at the library. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate. Mark your calendar now – Saturday, April 12. Create a crazy (um, I mean beautiful) hat and come out for some springtime fun. For a map and more info, click here or check out the poster.
And though there will be more information later on, the Music in the Park concert will be the last Sunday in June, the 29th, starting at 6:00 pm. It’s going to be fun, fun, fun. Please stay tuned for more concerts coming up soon.
Happy spring, everybody. Thanks for stopping by…
