March Madness

I know. It’s been too long. But now seems like a good time to post some current events on my website. There’s so much going on and this is a good way to put all the new information in one place. First and foremost, there’s this… Thank you to one and all who have so generously donated to keep the music program going at Colonial Heights Library. As I write this, I have been booked through May. Attendance has been picking up, so it’s all good. If...

Decemburrrrrr News

It’s been a good long while since I last posted something on the website. There’s a lot going on this month and I thank you in advance for taking the time to read all about it. Let me wrap up November by hoping you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends. And, yes, I did eat too much pumpkin pie. Thanks for asking… First up on the calendar is my (hopefully) last eye surgery. For those of you keeping score, so far this year I’ve...

New Stuff and Updates

I have added some new things to the website that may interest you. But first, here’s a special performance announcement… Next week on Wednesday, August 27, starting at 10:30 am, I will be singing once again at Busy Kidz in Folsom. Summertime

Here is a picture of my son, John, rocking out on the slide guitar (see the “Duane Allman” Coricidin bottle) at the age of 3. It was the last time he touched a guitar. Oh well… Monday (tomorrow) begins the last week of school. It’s been a long year for me, but also a fun one. 7 elementary schools, 2 preschools and 3 libraries on a regular basis have kept me busy since September. But all of that is about to change very soon. Summer is right...

Concerts

There are a couple concerts coming up in the near future that I would like to tell you about. The first one will be at a new venue for me. The good people at Busy Kidz in Folsom have invited me to come out and sing some songs on Saturday, March 29, from 10:15 – 11:00 am. Busy Kidz is an indoor play place that sounds really fun. I wish I had this sort of thing when I was a kid. It’s $5 per child for the concert and a special low rate...
